- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department- Set, monitor and report on team goals- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite

- Weekly production planning- Day to day order communication with Sales Ops and factory- Reporting and data analysis support- Weekly materials shortage review- Performing other duties as assigned by the Management
