About Rosy Tsai

Rosy Tsai is a creative director and graphic designer who has more than 15 years of experience working for agencies as well as high-profile and independent brands. Specialising in branding, creative direction and typography, her work has spanned many industries and sectors, including fashion, art, hospitality and print publishing. Applying a keen eye for detail, and drawing on her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Rosy’s work is often emotive and driven by storytelling. The co-founder of Article Magazine, alongside fashion director Kenny Ho, Rosy was also the Group Head of Design at Soho House until 2020.Rosy lives and works in London, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

    I manage and mentor a team of 14 designers and artworkers across three continents, brands included Soho House, The Ned, Soho Home, Cowshed, Soho Works, Kettner’s, Cecconi’s, Mollies and Pizza East. As well as the daily creative demands of this role, I have also been responsible for redefining the master brand and group logos, along with overseeing the redesign of House Notes, the in-house global publication for members. The latter project was driven in part by my own passion for sustainability; one of the big wins of the final design proposal was that it reduced waste, saving the equivalent of 13,000 sheets of paper on each monthly issue. During my time at Soho House, I have worked on the opening of Soho House Mumbai, Soho House Hong Kong, Soho Warehouse Downtown LA, Soho Roc House Mykonos and the rebranding of Soho Home.
