I am a final year mechanical engineering student at ITB concentrating in Engineering Design. Already had several work experiences in the design and analysis of industrial machinery.Work Experiences:- PT. KPC's Stacker-01 Central Chute Coal Flow Problem Analysis. The Stacker-01 conveys coal at a maximum capacity of 4000 TPH.- Waste sorting plant mechanization design review. Designing the DRO, Reviewing the Layout, as well selecting the suitable Air Classifiers & Compactors based on the existing products in the market.- Agricultural machinery design & fabrication (Joined the project team in November 2021). Designing the Ammomum Dryer & Distilling Machine. Project worth IDR 70 mio.- Needle-destroyer design, fabrication, and assembly. Led a team of mechanical engineering & biomedical engineering students in a 1 year project to design and build a low-cost, large capacity needle destroyer. Project worth IDR 5 mio.     Background : Stacker-01 is located in the original stockpile at KPC’s Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal. Coal is delivered from the mine via the OLC and can be fed proportionately to either the stacker or direct to out-loading. A number of years ago, the stacking flow rate was increased to 4200tph (4500tph surge) through belt speed increases. Modifications were done to the Stacker-01 tripper to boom transfer with the intention of accommodating the increased speed and flow rate. However, no knowledge of the mechanisms for blockage and high-wear areas on the receiving belt were known.Job :- Modeled the coal flow through a 4200 TPH max. capacity stacker central chute at Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal using the Discrete Element Method. - Analyzed the potential problems such as high wear, chute blockage, improper material centering, and material spillage at 0 & 45 degrees slewing angle maximum luffing angle.Output :- Determined the updated maximum allowable TPH before surge.- Determined the fine coal accumulation areas on the transfer chute.- Determined the areas with high wear potential at the chute (if not properly lined with ceramics).- Explained the cause, mechanism, as well as the area of the high wear on the receiving belt.

According to the standard medical procedures and operations, syringes should ideally only be used once, as to prevent the unknowing spread of substances or body fluids from one person to another, which can endanger medical personnel, patients, or all parties involved in the needle and syringe waste processing chain.During the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for vaccination syringes increased exponentially. Mechanical Engineering ITB challenged us in the 1-year Mechanical Engineering-Biomedical Engineering Collaborative Course to design and assemble our own high capacity needle-destroyer.
