End to end management of multi-disciplinary technological projects with external suppliers• Large global projects: Renewal of the cellular network (4G, LTE), Revenue Assurance, Telecommunication projects, establishment and upgrade of systems and platforms, etc.• Managing all project phases: Projects planning and monitoring, preparing Gantt charts on MS- Project, risks management, managing schedules and scopes, presenting projects to the management, status discussions and reports, matrix management of various internal entities.• Managing and writing client-side RFP's.• Divisional PMO – managing various activities in the Technologies Division

• Managing multi-disciplinary projects and cross-organizational operational transactions locally & abroad (mainly towards China), leading the operational aspect.• Identifying and managing transactions risks, compiling transactions' status reports and presenting to senior entities.• Overall responsibility for the supply chain: management, planning and implementation of supply and actual production, material management of the production floor locally and globally, including management of subcontractors. Issue of purchase orders, supporting and monitoring engineering changes, implementing them in the production floor (ECO's).
