SEGMARKETING is a leading Retail Loyalty Marketing consulting company in Israel specializing in database marketing & Customer Specific marketing for retail chains all around the world in various retail sectors: Food, drugstores, books, fashion, jewelry, sports, E-Commerce, petrol & more.Rotem worked as a consultant & project manager for retail clients such as Lee Cooper, Blue Bird, and Jack Kuba. Her responsibilities included consultancy, marketing presentation, database analysis & creative campaign management.

@ Adler Chomski Group/Grey Israel (part of Grey Advertising inc.) Rotem served as an account manager and supervisor. Her responsibilities included managing executive accounts, mentoring new account managers and supervising work processes in the office.

@ Avraham ADV (previously Naftali Avraham) Rotem led and managed advertising campaigns from the initial idea to its final execution: formulating an advertising concept, budget management, production planning and sales promotion. The work required negotiating and working with external suppliers. Her clients spanned a wide variety of fields, including automotive (e.g., Jaguar), food and beverages (e.g., KFC), fashion, life style, and commodities.
