Integrated in BIL Digital IT department, I contribute to BIL's Transformation Plan, building an innovative financial web/mobile platform with digital banking features for clients and features enforcing BIL sales capabilities.The program is executed by self-organized products teams embracing the Agile software development manifesto.I manage projects and day-to-day activities within teams, embracing an agile mindset:I'm responsible to plan, scope, schedule, budget and ensure quality of delivery across all IT delivery activities within the teams (not only on projects, but also on run activities). I coordinate with other teams and ensure IT team capacity based on projects plans (bank-wide projects portfolio).I ensure quality of estimates provided by team with accuracy and assumptions and plan projects within Clarity and follow execution with teams Another part of my mission is to manage risk & issues, scope changes, dependencies, and make teams accountable of what the project is expected to deliver (cost, scope, deadlines, quality) and why those elements are important to our customers, the market and the organization
