Executive Assistant To Founder + Social And Marketing Coordinator
Current• Handle confidential, urgent departmental matters as directed, or as appropriate.• Coordinate and follow-up on communication between founder and staff; liaise with appropriate departments. Manage external relations with key business partners.• Manage and organize the executive calendar, coordinate and monitor all meeting and travel arrangements. Manage executive expenses.• Organize data and update reports and presentations.SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING:• Help manage Social Media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.• Create social media content with Founder that follows marketing calendar; product restocks, launches, sales, etc.• Build out design assets for IG stories or other posts as they arise. • Help with social strategy• Support Community management; responding to comments + dm’s using the Ole brand voice• Maintain/organize marketing image library• Support marketing effort/on-site support including event prep, set-up, clean up, and social coverage
