CurrentManage resources needed to meet the reporting and analysis needs of the organization and drive continuous cross departmental development and deployment of actionable reporting. Manage ongoing short and long-term product level sales and payout forecasting, including the development of ROI and feasibility models to determine viability of different market opportunities within the product portfolio including distribution, new product offerings, promotions, and the impact of cannibalization. Develop testing strategy and ROI metrics for temporary and permanent merchandising, product display, and other marketing tactics. Responsible for management of the Hoosier Lottery’s market research function as well as its online community including questionnaire design and coding, results interpretation, and communication of findings. I also manage our third party vendor relationships and contracting where applicable. Work with Sales leadership on development, communication, and tracking of performance incentives for all levels of the Sales organization and the retailer base. Manage Instant Ticket Services department that is responsible for supplying instant ticket inventory to retailers, along with fulfilling other various field inventory needs. 2016 IGT Global Leadership Development participant.
