CurrentComplete overhaul of Lumen's Global Email Gateway Security strategy and infrastructure from soup to nuts.Justification and presentation to leadership, Requirements matrix creation, Proof of Concept, Architecture Design, Project Planning, Infrastructure Build-out, and Process Documentation for Lumen's Email Security initiatives. These include Reputation, Antivirus, Anti-SPAM, Business Email Compromise, URL Defense, Attachment Defense, URL Isolation, Encryption, Secured internal and internet exposed Email Relay Servers, DNS Authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI) for 4000 domains and Security Awareness Training including User Submission and Threat Response. Separation of Application mail routes from User mail routes and tightened security around both. Integrations with Microsoft Graph API, Splunk, Palo Alto and Crowdstrike.
