I started my work for LGN as consultant for the development of LGN´s "metropolitan motorcycle battery pack". However, my first real assignment was the adjustment and re-definition of the product and business plans of the company: This task included the product range definition and the planning of all development resources required.This gave me a quick insight into the company and soon I got the confidence from the Board to become the General Manager of the company. During this period of time, I managed the development of the "Rapitán" Motorcycles prototypes unveiled in London on May 17th 2014, as well as the moving of the entire R&D department from Madrid to the newly set factory nearby Barcelona.Once in Barcelona, LGN´s name was changed into Bultaco Motors SL, were I took over the technical department, including all ongoing product development projects.

Clustermoto is a non-profit basis association, founded in 2008 by 27 motorcycling manufacturing related companies (from producers to suppliers of services and materials) mainly based in the geographic cluster of Catalonia. One of its major objectives was to promote innovation within its associates and the access to newer technologies.When I joined this association there were only 18 active members. I developed the entire marketing plan, implemented a new corporate image (still active today), and managed its grow till 60 company members ensuring a sustainable financial structure. I led this association to be an European benchmark for electric motorcycle vehicle development and manufacturing activities. I helped the raising of 14M EUR grants at local and European level, for several development projects carried our by our associates.

Rieju is a motorcycle brand founded in 1934 in Spain. Since then, Rieju has been pioneering in the field of lightweight motorcycles. In 2010 Rieju leaded a consortium of 6 companies with the aim to define, engineer, develop and produce the first Spanish made urban scooter. I was in charge of the entire project finance, planning and lead, from concept definition to SOP.The outcome of this project was the so called Rieju MIUS, first electric scooter manufactured in Spain, and still in production.
