I am working on organizing the events together with leading a team of 12 Event Committee members.

The SAO is responsible for promoting the well-being of the students. The SAO must ensure that the students receive sufficient support to maintain a level of mental, emotional and physical well-being suitable for a fruitful university life; and that collective matters related to the students’ well-being are properly handled. The SAO should strive to encourage mutual positive regards and foster a sense of belonging among the students. Some of the SAO’s specific duties are to:- Identify and take the lead to resolve issues related to students’ well-being;- Assist the Representatives in handling students’ well-being matters local to each Constituency;- Provide the students’ well-being perspective in relevant deliberations of the SG;- Introduce, encourage and support new SG or students’ initiatives that promote students’ well-being- Cooperate with other members of the AUPP Community, especially the Director of Student Affairs and the VPASA, to promote the students’ well-being.

Duties of the Representatives“Each Representative must faithfully represent, and advocate for the best interest of, his or her Constituency. Among other ways, each Representative must relay all of his or her Constituency legitimate issues, concerns, suggestions and proposals to the SG; while also using the best of his or her ability to address such issues, concerns, suggestions and proposals. Each Representative must also provide his or her constituents with regular updates of the SG’s status. All Representatives in the same Constituency are jointly and severally responsible to fulfill these duties.”“In addition to their representational duties, each Representative may be requested by the President to perform service and leadership tasks, depending on the nature of the functions or initiatives as the case may be.”
