Planning, coordinating and executing special events, I collaborate with various stakeholders and community organizations to ensure seamless execution of festivals and other public gatherings.

Drayton Entertainment is a registered, not-for-profit charitable organization, and one of Canada's most successful professional theatre companies producing the finest in live theatre in seven distinct venues across Ontario including a brand new, world class venue which opened earlier this year in Cambridge Ontario; The Dunfield Theatre Cambridge. House sizes: From 120 to 660 seats with an annual Budget: $8.0 Million.The Executive Producer is a member of Senior Management Team setting corporate strategies and artistic vision.- Administration, negotiation, contracting, and liaison with all artistic and production personnel: directors, actors, designers, stage managers, music directors, musicians, choreographers, technical personnel; over 500 artists per season- Dealing with issues arising from the Canadian Theatre Agreement and other collective agreements including Associated Designers of Canada and the American Federation of Musicians- Negotiated and created collective agreement with American Federation of Musicians- Preparation of annual budget and cash flow projections with the budget approved by the Board ofDirectors- Represented the organization through media interviews, opening night performances, as well as provincial and municipal service organizations and other outside groups

The Waterloo Stage Theatre opened its doors in February 1997. The former Uptown Waterloo 1930's art deco cinema became one of the premier live theatre venues in Kitchener Waterloo.
