• Developed standards of risk methodologies to bring order and effective communication to our risk governance board. Prepared mitigation plan guidelines, executive EventWatch reports, process flow charts and utilization tracking.• Conducted an independent supply chain risk review for a $10 million product launch in July 2017.Identified complex components that presented the highest risk to the product launch. Collaborated with Engineering, design control and operations to implement approved risk mitigation activities within the timeline for product launch.• Presented quarterly and periodic high-level risk management reports to senior executives that identified risk factors and mitigating actions to be implemented. Prioritized risk mitigation projects with support from sourcing managers.• Expanded the risk management program from 100 suppliers to 10K suppliers in less than 2 years. Established and monitored metrics. Decreased the time to identify impacted suppliers from ~48 hours to 5 minutes. • Represented LSG on the corporate risk governance committee. Instrumental in developing a enterprise wide risk management solution, mirroring the solution developed within my business unit.• Conducted over 40 audits annually (320 hours) on suppliers for plastics, biologicals, chemicals, electromechanical components in the NA, APAC and European regions of the world. Investigated quality and late delivery issues.
