Agronomic Engineering graduated from ESALQ-USP and postgraduate in financial management from Insper-SP. I worked as a market analyst, commodities trader, product manager at an agtech, until I was invited to become a partner at Agriplanning, where we specialized in the evaluation and commercialization of rural assets. In recent years, we have worked on projects that resulted in the sale of 215 thousand hectares of farms and R$1.6 billion in assets, among which the Reunidas Boi Gordo and Usina São Fernando farms stand out. In parallel, I was director and current honorary member of the São Paulo Leader Training Institute, former mentor of the Gauss Project and current member of the board of trustees at the Agrisus Foundation.
