Manage inventory through physical on-site activity and the use of our ERP system. The primary objective is to maintain inventory accuracy to meet production and sales demand while minimizing excess inventory.• Oversee inventory according to company guidelines in order to maintain accurate inventory information, this includes using ERP software and implementing and running other visual inventory control systems and Kanban.• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of any item is in stock at any given time• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers• Responsible for conducting and recording all cycle counts• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between physical on hand and ERP or other records and execute corrections that improve ongoing inventory data integrity• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs• Respond to sales inquiries and participate in material planning and review to ensure sales demand can be met on time and in full• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure inventory material is available and orders can be filled in the planned manner • Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.• Work very closely with Buying Team, Warehouse Team, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, and Director of Operations.

Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by sku along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations. Establish and manage relations with warehouses, sales force and customers. Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost. Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages. Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals. Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses. Plan and arrange logistics required shipments. Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management. Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals. Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.

Plan and oversee all activities related to inventory control within a warehouse environment. Ensure that all materials are properly stored and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained in order to meet customer demand. Responsibilities include: Identifying causes of issues and implementing process improvements; Keeping abreast of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes; Review inventory counts and balance accuracy; Presenting reports and recommendations to management.
