After 12 years luxury retail experience, notably in leather goods and accessories, I started my new challenge in my dream world, diamond jewellery. Working environment: In charge of an international and local clientele, I work with a multicultural team. Team work: Involved in multitask function, I participate in operations to ensure the smooth boutique functioning: store opening and closing , following security procedures, maintaining product visual merchandising, stock and Inventory control, after sales service and product transfer.Customer experience & Clienteling:Welcoming clients and ensuring a high level of customer experience. During each sales opportunity ,sharing the storytelling, diamond knowledge and my passions of diamonds to my clients , bring them the culture and the emotion through a personalized service. Following up all the Clienteling actions to create and develop long-term customer loyalty.

Since 2007, I have worked not only in the Champs Elysees flagship store where there is an international clientele but also in a large Louis Vuitton department store which has a strong Chinese clientele. The biggest success in my career was a promotion to Senior Sales Advisor in 2013. I love the products I sell, am very good at cross selling, up selling and meeting sales objectives. I am passionate about creating loyalty with local and international customers through a personalized customer experience. Many of my important customers stay in touch with me.I enjoy working as part of a team. Giving support on the shop floor is very important to me particularly for the Sales Advisors concerning sales and product questions and knowledge.Supporting management on the shop floor too, is an important part of my job, for example: working in binome with the Sales Manager regarding customer flow, queues, exchanges, returns, problems with the cash desk and the tax-free, in fact any task which could improve and enhance the quality of the customer experience. I am very self-demanding, conscientious ,curious with a very great need to learn, proactive on the shop floor and with a strong team spirit.
