Ipercast has purchased Loftv to expand its CDN activities toward the content side. The first mission was to transfer the competencies and clients from Loftv to Ipercast.The second mission was to define a new global media strategy merging Web contents and Web hosting.

- Ex French leading video and entertainment portals including loftv.com, divertis.com, 1001musiques.com, videoclick.com and mirapolis.com.- The contents and the technology were commercialized under white label to the main French and Canadian portals like: MSN, Noos, Wanadoo, T-Online, AOL, Telus, Sympatico, Yahoo, etc.- Loftv was sold to Ipercast SA in October 2005 when its network counted 10 millions pages/month.
