This role started off as product manager for the release orchestration roll out within Allstate alongside an ITSM consultant for change and release. Towards the end of my time in this role, I was the lead consultant on the redesign of approvals for change deployments within Allstate. Designing out the new flow, simplifying the old process and implementing the ability to gate at a Product / CI level. Part of this work will flow into my new role as Product Manager Delivery Lead for DRM SST Quality & Release Team.

The release manager role included:- Taking part in the release approval board meetings- Working alongside the support to ensure successful release with minimal impact on the production environment- Working with development teams to ensure customer expectations were met- Taking part in the Design Approval Board to ensure customer requests did not impact other customers on the cross customer platforms- Managing the release coordinators

Service Desk Release Coordinator. Role included coordinating the implementation and testing of various projects within a short time frames. Role involved working closely with the support and development team, customers and Fujitsu management to ensure minimum outages occurred on the live customer service during deployment of releases.

Working within the Northern Ireland team, we delivered over 150 projects from initial customer request to successful implementation on to production environments. Each of the projects included liaising with the customer, creating cost estimates, creation of a design, implementation on test and live environments and full testing.

Working as part of a support team to support the Fujitsu UK & Ireland Service Desks. The support role covered both second and third line support and provided support for over 50 company's world wide. It provided expedient error corrections and solutions whilst working on projects in a variety of support and development roles.Key Achievements:As one of the first members in the Northern Ireland support team, I helped with the initial knowledge transfer from mainland UK to Northern Ireland. This role progressed to training and continuous mentoring of the new Northern Ireland team members.
