Linda Roundtree is founder and owner of Roundtree Consulting LLC, a human resources communications firm established in 2002. Linda specializes in helping organizations assess their work-life and other employer of choice strategies and communications, and complete “best company” applications. Linda has helped clients submit winning applications, with multiple clients ranking #1, placing in the Top 10, and moving up various lists each year. Roundtree Consulting’s clients are primarily Fortune 500 organizations representing a broad range of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, hospitality, retail, healthcare, financial services, pharmaceutical, professional services and insurance. Other clients have included state and federal government agencies, higher education institutions and non-profits. Before establishing her firm, Linda had years of corporate experience that included managing teams of hundreds of front-line employees, leading virtual management teams across the U.S. and Canada, developing and launching large-scale HR initiatives and training projects, directing start-up operations and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
