• Donor identification and fundraising – from sourcing and first approach to demonstration of CSR, PR and return on investment to potential donors. • Managing ongoing relationships with donors and a diverse array of stakeholders• Supporting the Senior Manager and Director of Program Development • Maintaining relationships with existing donors (institutional and corporate) for programs in Thailand• Prepare materials necessary to inform donors on the programs with contributions from Program and Communications staff• Ensure all donor requirements are met and all donor reports easily accessible.• Surveying and identifying the best candidates to receive Habitat’s support• Ensure that key contributing staff and implementing partners have a clear understanding of donor requirements and expectations at the proposal, agreement, kick off, implementation, amendment, reporting, close out and other functions
