About Rourke Smith

I spent many years as a pharmacy owner making no profit on brand drugs. I watched the PBM's not only make a profit margin, but also collect rebates from the manufacturers on the back end for the very same drug. I currently help providers collect rebates on these very same drugs. I provide a margin now for hospitals and other providers on many of the brand and specialty drugs they administer. Most of the time, the providers I work with are not even aware that these rebates exist. With hospitals desperate for revenue, it is very fulfilling to send them quarterly checks in a health system designed in such a way that the provider is forced to administer drugs with no profit margin. The best part is that I do this at no cost to my clients. I retain a percentage of funds collected, but there is absolutely no out of pocket expenses for my clients. The quarterly checks they receive go straight to the bottom line.

I had the pleasure of meeting Michael and his mother Ashlee in early 2023. I was drawn to their positive attitude and upbeat personality. I then learned about their struggles and the fact that Michael was diagnosed with Hepatosplenic Lymphoma in July of 2020.
