Became a licensed tax preparer in 2009. Worked to develop a long term relationship with clients that led to increased refunds for them and increased profits for the organization. As an Office Leader I coordinated employee staffing, set revenue projections, addressed customer issues and worked to increase branch revenue. In 2011, I grew by client base by almost 400% and was named in the top 10 for 'Best in the West' by H&R Block. This was based on number of new clients, additional services performed and returning client retention. In 2012, I was able to grow my book of business by an additional 18% and had a large number of returning clients. Client retention is a major focus for me.

Identified and sold carrier communications, phone systems and inside wiring and cabling to businesses of all sizes. One of my major focuses was working with two large carriers in re-selling their services. I was tasked with servicing a customer base of over $2,000,000 in annual revenue. I worked to make sure they were receiving the correct services, up-sell where appropriate, and ensure that long term contacts were in place.

Worked as a Senior Account Executive selling carrier communications to businesses of all sizes. Generated leads through networking, referrals and coldcalling. Also worked to grow revenue within existing base of customers.

After passing the Series 7, I worked to identify potential clients by networking and cold-calling. Developed long term financial plans for customers using their life and financial goals as a guide.

Developed new business from large regional and national corporations through lead generating activities (cold-calling, referrals, etc). Worked to identify and eliminate any potential issues quickly to avoid long term problems for clients. Ended 2001 at 212% and was ranked #12 in entire organization.

Responsible for opening, staffing and launching a sales office in the Portland market for a new national internet service provider.

During the 7 years I worked at Pagenet I was promoted 6 times. I was the Account Sales Manager for Oregon and SW Washington for 2 years. I was then transfered to the corporate office in Texas and became a Project Manager traveling the country training the companies sales forces on new products and procedures.
