Farm Credit Bank of Texas is the IT group for the 10th Farm Credit district. We provide IT related services to the district as well as internal business-related services. We have a wide variety of applications; some recent and others 10 or more years old. I entered this company after the owners had died and the company was left to the children. This position started out based on finding out how everything worked in the organization. Areas included the software assets, customer implementation process, networking and server assets, support functions for customers. Initially there was staff with some knowledge base but due to the circumstances they quickly left the company.Most of my tenure with this company involved getting replacement staff for the development team, support team, and implementation team, and getting customer implementations and development back on track. During the time I was there we went through one CEO and hired a second. The client produces a large amount of product and needed a system to help manage what is built and what is in inventory.• Schlumberger: Offline Knowledge Base. Developed conversion of an online web knowledge base and helpdesk system. The online application was converted into a client/server application that would allow remote users, without a network connection, to utilize the knowledge base and submit help desk tickets.• Schlumberger: Online Reporting System. Developed an Online application utilizing ColdFusion and an Oracle backend to provide an online environment where remote employees enter daily production information. Managers were also allowed to created reports based on the information that was entered. Reporting areas covered daily status reporting, schedule based bonus and job reports, and equipment movement and tracking for billing purposes.

• Dell: Functioned as one of the development leads for a multi-billion dollar revenue generating application. The application is a Windows 2000 DNA, N-Tier product.• AT&T: Analyzed dependencies of HP-UNIX applications for porting to Windows 2000. Collected metrics on line counts and the number of statements in source applications. Ported applications from HP-UNIX platform to Windows 2000 for prototyping demonstration to client. Installed and documented configuration for both development and demo/deployable workstations. Collected metrics on data gram traffic on Windows 2000 systems to be used to compare solution impact on the overall network infrastructure. Worked with client developer to resolve issues with functionality, and documented steps required for later re-use by client personnel.

• Ariba Punch-out Integration. Developed integration components for large-scale aircraft B2B Marketplace to provide full punch-out capabilities for the existing web site. Worked with Ariba testing and certification.• Lead Architect engaged in development of Kazan eCommerce platform. This web site utilized the eCommerce base platform as a starting point.
