Launched successful crowdfunding campaign in August 2015 for an oversized decorative light. Shipped 130 40' HC containers and generated $4M of revenue in first 18 months. Securing big box retail accounts in 7 countries. I lived in China/Hong Kong for the majority of the time at RBL. Active in every element of the business. Including fundraising, finance, product design, CAD development, global strategic sourcing, purchasing cost reduction, transportation and logistics management, sales and marketing growth implementation, imports & exports, governance. Include warehouse management, SEO, website and skill based management training. Learned a lot, had a blast and traveled ~100 countries doing it.

Began as marketing services intern during my last year of school. Facilitated and managed consumer driven promotions and sponsorships. Primary channels include Harlem Globetrotters, MLB, and NFL sponsorship coordination from digital activation to client-based ticket allocations to sampling opportunities. Responsible for a 300% allocations increase between 2012 and 2013; distributing 25K+ individual HGT and MLB hospitality elements to nationwide retailers in 2013. Events management under Roll Global's brand umbrella (PCA, PFI, POM) by way of industry-related trade show coordination, (PMA, CPMA, United Fresh), Brand launch parties (POM Blends, Wonderful Halos) and guerrilla sampling activations (Wonderful Pistachios). Other marketing related tasks include the build of the Wonderful Halos brand in 2013 which generated over $400M in revenue in its the first year. Coordinated 100+ hours of creative direction with the company's in-house creative agency FireStation, and assisted with social/website maintenance, among other duties.
