 Collaborate with clients and sales teams to understand their specific HVAC equipment needs andproject requirements. Design HVAC systems that meet customer needs while adhering to industry standards andregulations. Reviewing Heat load Calculations, Drawings and Project specifications. Selecting appropriate HVAC equipment, such as Chiller, AHU, VRF, FCU, CRAC Unit, Central Split Unit,PACU, etc. Create detailed equipment specifications, including performance data, technical drawings, andinstallation requirements. Evaluate and Promote energy-efficient HVAC equipment and environmentally sustainable solutions. Customize the product as per customer requirements. Considering factors like energy consumption,environmental impact, and budget constraints. Collaborate with HVAC system designers and engineers to optimize system performance. Producing compliance reports in accordance with consultant specifications. Submittal preparation to achieve approval from client/contractor. Preparing techno-commercial Proposals. Generate and manage work orders for the production of HVAC equipment. Coordinate with the production team to schedule and monitor the progress of equipmentmanufacturing based on work orders. Keep detailed records of work order status, approvals, and any changes or updates throughout theproject lifecycle.

Price Comparison of various Vendors & cost analysis. Tender work, quotation preparation & collect PO from contractor and consultant. Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals. Attend the technical/Commercial meeting with consultant and architecture for better understanding the pre-qualification criteria and comply the entire tender requirement. Planning for HVAC projects and fulfills the required paper in GCC/SCC documents for safety and quality documents and attend Kick-Off meeting with Client. Prepare the rate analysis and sent technical submittal to client with backup support (vendor in loop) and finalize the extra item and justify the rate quoted by us.
