I have always been passionate about personal and professional development, as well as human relations: communicating, helping my colleagues acquire new skills, contributing to their professional development, learning, and seeing change not as an obstacle but as an opportunity. This has given a unique color to my last 15 years in the digital field.Initially working in communications and the web, I had the chance to train and support users in digital skills for many years, reinforcing my interest in the human aspect of technology and change. This led me, in February 2021, to officially move towards user coaching and technological change management.In my last job at Ivanhoé Cambridge, I had the opportunity to build and manage a team dedicated to the adoption of Microsoft 365 digital tools.
