Mapped out network topology for both Bell and external company within VISIO.• Documented all Business and System requirements while developing a new platform to manage Bell’s Fleet transactions, new specification requirements for new builds and ensure all IT/SAP confidential information was transmitted securely. • Performed user acceptance testing of the new software; it was determined the external company was not meeting our needs. -
