Leading the Business Development and Marketing initiatives for the Calgary and Vancouver Regions, as well as the National Events team.

As a business development specialist I lead, coordinate and support many elements of the business development and marketing teams, both regionally and nationally. I am primarily responsible for assisting lawyers in developing proposals, responding to RFP’s, and ensuring our marketing materials and brochures remain up to date. I also assist our team.

As the part time Marketing Data Steward my main responsibility was to clean up data in a large contact (CRM) database, validating contact information by performing online searches and validation phone calls.

As the Client Relationship Assistant I coordinated and supported many elements of the marketing program. During my time here I planned and executed client events, coordinated the updating of all external directories, prepared information packages for clients, maintained lawyer profiles, maintained all promotional merchandise, as well as offered general.

As the Boardroom Services Coordinator I led a team of six employees in the Boardroom Services/Reception Department. During this time I coordinated all aspects of catering as well as staff work schedules, prepared monthly and quarterly management reports, prepared semi annual staff reviews, monitored vacation requests, as well as providing hands on.
