I'm currently employed at Lane County Health & Human Services, Administration Division. My work covers a variety of roles in both the Grants & Contracts team and supporting projects awarded funds through Oregon House Bill 4136 (Healthcare Innovation Fund). This includes coordinating stakeholder engagement, contract reporting and evaluation development. Additionally I support the Grants & Contracts Team with processing, monitoring and reporting for Health and Human Services contracts.I am very passionate about working for the community and public service. I previously worked in Lane County Public Health Preparedness, the COVID-19 Response as a Case Investigator, volunteered with a local non-profit and worked for the UK Civil Service.My skills and interests are in planning, strategy and particularly evaluation for projects. I am certified in measurement and evaluation (AMEC) and have experience managing a wide variety of programs and projects including, but not limited to, government communications campaigns, non-profit marketing, emergency planning and response, and government contracting. I have a strong understanding of strategic communications principles, and have a wide range of experience working in a fast paced environment. This included commissioning opinion polling, using digital analytics tools, social listening and taking a behavioral approach to communications. I have been particularly praised for my ability to engage people in topics and explain processes, theories and approaches. I have prior work experience as a tutor, and I am confident, polite and hardworking.
