• Co-management of a team of 25 people.• Co-Coordination of the biggest sector of Media managing 4 schemes (Cinema networks, Distribution Automatic support, Selective scheme, Sales Agents support). • Contribution to the financing of distribution and circulation of European films (with budget of approximately 40 M€).• Reporting to the European Commission.• Contribution to the planification of activities, elaboration and implementation of the Work Programme and guidelines.• Contribution to the selection of projects as member of Evaluation Committees.• Representation and promotion of MEDIA in festivals and markets and during monitoring visits to beneficiaries.

• Contribution to the production of 55 TV projects (documentaries, animations and fictions) for a total budget of 11,8 M€.• Contribution to the financing of projects such as "The bridge", “Something better to come”, “Kiwi & Stritt”.• Contribution to the selection of projects : assessment of production budgets, financing plans, follow-up of experts assessments and participation to selection panels.• Contribution to the implementation of projects through follow-up of contracts, financial reports and paiements.• Representation and promotion of MEDIA in festivals and markets and during monitoring visits to beneficiaries.

• Contribution to the financing of 700 distribution projects for a total budget of 18M€.• Assessment of distribution agreements.

• Leader of the selection team of the scheme.• Contribution to the assessment of 1000 applications received per year for a selection of approximately 300 projects. • Presentation of panels of selection of projects with experts from companies such as Match Factory (DE), Bac Films (FR), Bim Distribuzione (IT).• Contribution to the financing of films such as "The king´s speech", "Le concert", "Melancholia", "Pina", "Il Divo".• Representation and promotion of MEDIA in festivals and markets (Cannes, Berlinale).

• Coordination of the collaboration between the French and German producers. • Research for Film Funding opportunities and script advising.

• Ordering and control of the shipping of prints of films such as "La danse" of Frederik Wiseman.

• Check of the distribution agreements (distributors-SA/producers) and their conformity with the Media rules.

• Programmation of 16mm and 35 mm films with the collaboration of the Nice Cinematheque of films such as : "Les temps moderne", "La belle et la bête", "Les enfants du paradis".
