Acted as part Project Manager, tracking team projects’ data and task assignment as well as post-launch documents and presentations in addition to my Compositing Artist role, in which I started working on 3D rendering as well.

As part of the Design Department’s 3D Team, I performed Photoshop compositing of 3D render data to create the final product look for all assets of 83 Amazon Devices launched between 2019-2022. Reduced project processing time by 60% by implementing CA techniques, personally producing 44% of all delivered team assets on 2019-2021 device launches. 30 devices.

I worked closely with the team manager, handled team data, audited process assets though a custom tool I helped create and coordinated with other countries’ teams. Developed techniques that helped me reach up to 180% daily productivity benchmark.

Together with another colleague, we set up the Romanian Branch of the Color Author (CA) Process. It consisted of creating all other textures and color variations of a product from a source color. I worked on production as well as training for all members that joined afterward.
