Mr. Fossella is president of Clean Skies, LLC, a company committed to the sustainable development of projects and infrastructure in the energy field. Mr. Fossella brings more than 35 years of experience in the Process Engineering and Construction Industry in Sales, Marketing and General Management Leadership roles. He has been responsible for creating sustainable competitive advantages in new markets by leveraging and expanding “Core Competencies” of the companies he has worked for. Recently he was responsible for developing gas-supply-chain projects worldwide, including LNG and Gas-to-Liquids and other monetization processes along the entire supply chain. Mr. Fossella has played a key development role in forming collaborative relationships through joint ventures, alliances, consortia, subcontracting and other collaborative relationships with partners, competitors and regional firms. He has orchestrated supply chain relationships to enhance the value of ventures to all stakeholders. Mr. Fossella developed and implemented methodologies and plans for the prioritization of pursuits of projects and ventures – including wining strategies and tactics. Recently, he championed a “Mid-Scale” LNG initiative resulting in Global Offshore and Onshore Alliances along the LNG value chain. Mr. Fossella has in-depth knowledge of the contracting industry with a special focus on scope and risk allocation to reduce overall costs while maintaining performance responsibilities.
