No, I colour-coded the entire sports team, spent lunch times in the school computer lab designing A3, A4, A5 posters instead of playing computer games with the other kids, and trained every day to set an example. Yes, our house colour came first, but was it due to my efforts? Perhaps, but it takes a catalyst to set the standard and a team to synergise.
