• Represent large holding group with many affiliations for manufacturing of diverse products • Prepares Purchase Order (Local, International, and Internal Purchase Order for Raw Materials, Chemical Material, MEP and General Items) • Prepare reports for costs and market conditions.• Resolve issues with contracts and supplies.• Manage budget for purchasing department.• Maintains the record of Material Request from our sister companies and Purchase Order (Local and International).• Responsible for International Shipments (Transportation, Government Approvals, Custom Duty Exemptions, etc.)• Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data in the system.• Finding appropriate suppliers for the material requested.• Communicates with the Supplier to request for a quotation • Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.• Negotiates for best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service with suppliers• Keeps record of the Incoming and Outgoing Email of the department• Coordinates with sister companies regarding their material request (delivery/specification/issue)• Creates Supplier ID of new approved suppliers through the system• Maintains the record of approved suppliers• Filing and Documentation of Purchasing Files• Prepares ISO Documents for auditing• Prepares Sales Order on General Items • Responsible for Ticketing of the Employees
