CEO of an Eastern European based Aviation Services company. Primarily focused on the development of a large FBO and Aircraft Maintenance facility, to be located in the southern UK. Responsible for managing the legal, financial and operational logistics of delivering several brand new aircraft from the respective manufacturers to the new owners, as well as securing management contracts and helping several owners and a large Eastern European operator import their aircraft and deliver them. Aircraft ranged in size and type from an EC-135 helicopter to a Boeing 767. At the time of the world economic meltdown in 2008/2009, Mr. McLellan and the rest of the management team were in the middle of negotiating access to a major Eastern European airport in order to put up several hangar structures for 2 new management clients and offer maintenance services for business aircraft.
