Responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle. I cover a wide range of HR Administration duties within the team. I recruit all levels of roles ranging from Directors, Lawyers, Media staff, IT staff to Customer support advisers. Recruiting staff for the Employer compliance regime, which in 2012 and on-wards, working pensions will be introduced to the whole of the UK. My duties include: • Advertising the roles using our internal and external website using the database Reddot• Log all applications on to itrent • Liaising with recruitment agencies on a daily basis by phone and email• Book shortlist and preparation meetings for the managers • Feedback to agencies and candidates, rejections and offers of employment• Source questions and prepare interview packs ready for the interviews• Booking interviews using outlook• Setting up personality questionnaires and technical testing using SHL for candidates• Preparation of Contracts and all supporting documentation for new starters • First day staff induction for new starters including payroll information and Health and safety• Contract renewals for staff extensions• Processing leavers• Raising contracts for Temporary workers making any amendments when required using Basware• Raising purchase orders using P2P for training courses and recruitment placements• Offering first line support for line managers, employees and agencies.• Responsible for logging absence and offering first line support for Flexi time requests and references.• Liaising with line managers/ hr bp's regarding employee probation end dates, preparation of the probation letters.• Booking of training courses and offering administration support to the L&D adviser when required• Offering administration support to the HR BP’s and other team members when required• Work closely with our procurement team when required for recruitment projects such as: Preferred supplier, background screening and contingency labour 1 framework
