A founding member of the Amy Winehouse Foundation I held an overarching role in the design, development and structure of the organisation. I managed people, projects & events.People• Personal Development - support individuals with personal growth & transferable skills, supporting them into further employment, education & training opportunities.• Staff Management - line management of staff, volunteers & resources, encouraging development and growth, instilling leadership and direction, ensuring high quality delivery.Projects• Design of bespoke programmes from inception to delivery; research areas of need, consult with key stakeholders, develop pilot and evaluate effectiveness.• Amy’s Yard - plan, develop & oversee delivery of 12-week AQA accredited artist & personal development programme, supporting talented 18-25 year olds to become self-sustaining artists through 1-1 studio time and master classes with industry professionals.• Grant Making - identify priority funding needs, develop application & evaluation processes. Allocation of £1,050,00 over five years, manage relationships with grant holders, monitoring impact & effectiveness.Events• Gala Dinners – event director of annual AWF Gala managing fundraising, production, catering, staff, volunteers, entertainment, PR & communications, VIP guests and creation of appeal films. The Dorchester - 2018, 2013 & 2012, The Landmark Hotel - 2014, The Savoy - 2015.• #AWFis5 and #Amys 30 – marking Amy Winehouse’s & AWF's birthday - liaison with local Camden businesses & music venues. Leading on all programming, production, live music, PR, design, pop-up shop and merchandise, publicity & promotion. Management of staff & volunteers.• Exhibitions - 'For You I was a Flame' Proud Galleries and 'When I Walk in Your Shoes' Westbank Gallery – co-curated exhibitions & private view events, liaison with galleries, artists & photographers.• Planned & delivered events at Speakers House, City Hall, BT Tower & St Pancras Hotel.
