Working as part of the management team at LIMPI to further develop the school and its offer to the music talent attending. My role includes strategic development and enhancing the holistic approach and quality of the programme, alongside daily support of the students.Lillehammer Institute of Music Production and Industries offers the music education program Advanced one-year Program in Professional Music Production and International Music Industries. Music education is often synonymous with three to four years in school, with an emphasis on theory and classroom teaching, with time spent studying instead of creating. Limpi was founded to turn this model upside down - in addition to our world class mentoring, our program includes regular music business courses, technical master classes, writing and production workshops with industry experts. We also focus on our students well-being as everyone needs a bit of balance!

Fully Focused is a genuine youth led media organisation that uses the power of film to challenge perceptions, raise awareness, change mindsets and transform lives. We are a multi award-winning production company, recently rated as the fastest growing youth media platform in the UK.I have been part of the Fully Focused team since its inception - playing a significant role in developing infrastructure, business plan creation, event production and fundraising. I also provide support to the management of staff and the young team. In 2014 we were proud to win 'Best Documentary' at the TriForce Film Festival held at BAFTA for the 2014 Appeal Film produced for the Amy Winehouse Foundation. A dual celebration for me as this project enabled me to bring my two passions together. In 2011 I co-produced the documentary 'Riot from Wrong' which examines the underlying causes within society that led to the London riots. During 2011-2013 I organised multiple RfW screenings across the UK including Houses of Parliament, Somerset House, Roundhouse, BFI, East London Film Festival and Portobello Film Festival.Check out our youth led YouTube channel Million Youth Media below!

It was an absolute privilege to join this incredibly special bunch of people in the early stages of reviving an organisation that was set up in 2009 to tackle inequality in the music & creative industries. Like many, they saw the heightened, global consciousness following the death of George Floyd in May 2020 and the subsequent movement which highlighted many of the existing and systemic inequalities across society, as an opportunity to address with greater vigour, some of the long-standing disparities present within the industries they know and love.

The world’s first Music Walk of Fame is literally setting in stone the names of those that have blazed a trail through the world of music. Icons, innovators and industry movers-and-shakers are being celebrated, alongside the unsung backroom writers, producers and impresarios. Across the next two decades stones will be unveiled in a fanfare of live performances and global media attention. Assisted the founder in the strategic and structural development of the organisation.Developed the organisations Corporate Social Responsibility plan, oversee all community projects and engagement activities. Events manager of all MWOF stone unveilings and post unveiling events for; The Who, Madness, Amy Winehouse, Soul II Soul. Involved in planning of future unveilings and their associated community activities. Liaison between artists, management, council officials, events team, sponsors and the public.

Lead on the Global Youth Awards 2018, a platform to celebrate inspiring young people aged 12-25 who are doing remarkable things around the world in the areas of Educational Innovation, Empowering Everyone and Environmental Rejuvenation. A founding member of the Amy Winehouse Foundation I held an overarching role in the design, development and structure of the organisation. I managed people, projects & events.People• Personal Development - support individuals with personal growth & transferable skills, supporting them into further employment, education & training opportunities.• Staff Management - line management of staff, volunteers & resources, encouraging development and growth, instilling leadership and direction, ensuring high quality delivery.Projects• Design of bespoke programmes from inception to delivery; research areas of need, consult with key stakeholders, develop pilot and evaluate effectiveness.• Amy’s Yard - plan, develop & oversee delivery of 12-week AQA accredited artist & personal development programme, supporting talented 18-25 year olds to become self-sustaining artists through 1-1 studio time and master classes with industry professionals.• Grant Making - identify priority funding needs, develop application & evaluation processes. I joined Hackney Play Association as the office administrator assisting the Director with the preparation and delivery of training play work professionals.I moved on to become the Training & Development Coordinator managing the administration and programming of Level 2 and 3 play work qualifications, alongside a rolling programme of short courses for professionals from play and youth work settings.I also created and managed an employability programme for 16-25 year olds - securing funding, planning schedules, managing delivery, supporting young people and arranging work placements.My role also involved fundraising, event planning and governance support.
