Working across commercial and domestic washing.Focusing on xorb and xdrum technology to show benefits in washing on different levels.iDenim focused project to show and prove out concept across washing processes like enzyme in wet and dry conditions, bleaching, nebulising, foam application and tinting.Showing an uplift in performance with xorbs transporting and utilising the chemistry for a cleaner wash process.Successfully launched denim machines with yilmak, turkey working on machine and wash process development trips. As well as supporting and educating processes found through R&D trials in XEROS HQ in Sheffield, ukAlso advisor to the board.

Fit, colour, cast, finish, casual, smart, vintage . . - Trend reports from shops, development trips, fabric and trade shows.Sustainability for factory- Work directly with laser technicians on laser development and requirements.- Develop new laser level washes that can speed up production as well as offering something different.- Work closely with teams to utilise washers & ozone machines in production.- On each travel trip i will teach first hand in the factory, explaining what is needed and how to develop better more responsible products using less resources.Customers- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements.- Develop ranges/samples in line with their targets.- Travel to their offices to meet, review ranges and understand challenges they face within their supply chain.- Present ranges to buyers and talk through ranges on key attributes per garment.- Summary reports for the whole team on key visits to customers.
