As an Executive Assistant at Deloitte, I support several directors across various areas of the company with tasks including but not limited to: travel arrangement, extensive calendar and diary management, scheduling client and senior stakeholder meetings, and client relationship support.In my previous career as a Bookseller at Waterstones, I gained extensive knowledge in various book genres and developed strong customer interaction skills. I was also the Deputy Area Commercial Support for South Wales and the Events Coordinator for Waterstones Cardiff, where I demonstrated high levels of organisation and communication with multiple teams.In addition to my role at Deloitte, I offer editing and proofreading services on Fiverr, specializing in poetry and fiction. I have worked with several UK publishers, such as Bonnier Books, and helped authors polish their manuscripts. I am also a published and shortlisted writer myself, and I am currently working on my first novel as part of my MA in Creative Writing at Cardiff University. I am passionate about writing and reading, and I aim to eventually pursue a career in the publishing industry.
