In this brand new role, I am responsible for overseeing the completion of every project undertaken by LCC. Using my previous experience of working with LCC, I offer professional support to strategy and project directors to ensure they meet their deliverables and provide their respective clients with the high-quality results LCC prides itself on.This role is continuing to develop and refine my communication and organisational leadership skills, but it is also increasing my exposure to a wide range of different projects, clients and consultancy teams. As a result, this deeper insight into the industry is providing me with greater expertise in the field of consultancy and improving my ability to navigate the problems that most frequently face consultants.

In the multidimensional role of project partner, I worked on both internal operations and client-facing projects with LCC. Over the course of the year, I successfully acquired two clients and led two separate teams of consultants to the completion of their respective projects. Furthermore, I was responsible for building and maintaining a working relationship between the client and the project team to ensure that both parties were striving towards the same goal.In addition to the communication and organisational skills developed in this role, the opportunity to provide business solutions to a variety of different firms ensured that I received invaluable practice in research, analysis, strategy formation and strategy implementation.

After completing a month of work experience across Malmaison Leeds and York in June 2022, I returned to Malmaison Leeds in the role of bartender to financially support my studies. However, this role also offered the perfect opportunity to develop my communication skills with clients, customers and colleagues and crucially master the all-important skill of cocktail making!During my time with Malmaison, I gained a complete insight into the operation of the business by also working across other departments of the hotel. In addition to this, I attended daily meetings, monthly P&L reviews and regular discussions with senior management. This enabled me to fully understand the structure of the business as well as the long-term goals of Malmaison, how the firm approaches business solutions and how the brand aims to achieve competitive advantage over its rivals.

Responsible for collecting, processing and distributing parcels for a multinational corporation, demonstrating my ability to work to a tight schedule and complete both individual and team tasks.

Responsible for taking in bets at Chester racecourse, which demonstrates my ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in order to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, especially on busy event days.

Responsible for checking that the sale of age restricted products in shops is completed appropriately, which demonstrates my compliance to carry out and enforce all rules and protocols that must be adhered to.
