I am a very experienced private and public sector senior leader known for speaking truth to power. My highest rated value, and personal strength, is honesty. Others have said of me that I have a “deft touch…knew the right question to ask and listened to the answer" with a "calm and personable leadership style which has been an inspiration...". I have a recent history in professional coaching, mentoring and career transition spanning all ages, genders, cultures of origin and orientations. I am experienced in strategic thinking, operations management, government engagement, operational planning, and leadership at the senior executive level. After a short, unfulfilling tilt at retirement, I have become an accredited organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and built a small portfolio of activities through which I extract satisfaction from putting my experience and strengths to work in support of others. After a lifetime in leadership roles with a wide span of complexity, I have also realised that I love helping others explore the art and science of leadership at a very personal level and I regularly lead discussion and tutorial sessions on the subject.
