I am a recent graduate of Colorado State University studying Journalism and Media Communications, with a minor in Sports Production. I am interested in sports video production and digital media, specifically using digital media to tell stories through an intersectional lens, focusing on the stories of marginalized athletes who may not otherwise have a platform. I believe that giving fans a behind-the-scenes look into the personal lives and experiences of female athletes is the key to the progression of women’s sports. I hope to use everything in my toolkit, whether it be videography, writing, or photography, to provide top tier coverage of these marginalized athletes to elevate the women’s sports media space.
