Responsibilities:• Establish in-region FP&A support function, develop tools, processes and build team to provide visibility to operational profitability drivers and enabling pursuit of established financial targets• Develop strong advisory relationship between Operations and Finance built on mutual trust, ensuring finance involvement, analysis and recommendations for key strategic and tactical decision making• Manage and measure FP&A team support and work-product to ensure meeting internal client and corporate needs and achieving consistent high-quality outputs
