I ensured that the bar and customer areas were of a high level of cleanliness, following appropriate health and safetyprocedures. I ensured that all areas were well presented, fully stocked and entertainment areas were neat, tidy and safe for service users. As part of the team, we hosted many public events, both on a small and large scale. Keys skills required of me at these times included money handling, effective communication with a range of individuals (event organisers, security staff, co-workers and public), swift responses to public enquiries and problem solving.Furthermore, it evidenced my patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
