Selected the successful books with committee of voluntary readers, and liaised with multiple publishers and agents to arrange promotion and distribution of copies and print.Developed brand and marketing strategy, writing all copy (print and digital), liaised between four partner organisations, managing content distribution (online and direct), created social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Management of print production, development of online resources and digital media (podcasts, videos), event management (including interviewing, live-tweeting and photography) press work, database maintenance and day-to-day communications as well as overarching strategy. Regular reporting of Brave New Reads success, including analytics, to all partners.Also spearheaded and developed #LibraryAdvent, a time specific social-digital campaign celebrating libraries.
