Indepth technical degree encompassing analogue and digital audio technology as well as traditional acoustics. Modules include: Computer Simulation in Acoustics, Digital Signal Processing, Electroacoustics, Psychoacoustics and Room Acoustics.Final year project entitled 'Perceptual Audio Coding Techniques', explores methods of audio compression inspired by Krasner. A group project that led to the paper 'Krasner’s Audio Coder Revisited' as presented at AES Convention Munich 2009.

10 month work placement working on projects in the R&D dept. specifically involving loudspeakers.Solo project undertaken using DSP for loudspeaker innovation. Role was also to aid other existing projects in the department. Wide range of skills and experience gained in areas such as acoustic measurement, critical listening, prototype building, and programming in C++.
