After humble beginnings as a rap tournament contestant, in my late teens I turned my sights and efforts towards creating Don’t Flop Entertainment, which is now the #1 rap battle league in the UK and is widely acknowledged as one of the top hip hop events companies worldwide.I have developed valuable business acumen by overseeing every step of DFE’s evolution, from filming grainy videos in hotel loading bays to selling out Ministry Of Sound - and learning from my mistakes along the way. I spear-headed the transformation from bedroom hobby to flourishing business by always maintaining a positive and open-minded attitude towards our work and by recognising the potential for growth since its inception. I am forward-thinking and highly motivated, and the success of DFE is a testament to this. I played a major role in the initial achievements of the business as well as the continuing diversification of our product ranges, expanding from live events into e-commerce, social media marketing and the education sector.My strategic thinking, adaptability and inclusive vision are hugely responsible for our increasing brand awareness, attendance figures and online popularity. With no prior training or experience, I have surpassed all expectations held by myself and others in respect of the possibilities and limitations of DFE, which began as just a niche YouTube channel and has now totalled over 100 Million views.
