Following Teneo’s 2017 acquisition of Credo Business Consulting, the global Teneo Consulting team develops pragmatic, tailored, high-quality solutions to the many challenging situations facing business and public sector leaders. As the first HR ‘professional’, and through a period of significant change, I acted as a key change agent, ensuring the firm was ‘sale ready’ and the team were supported in all aspects of HR.

The Stopgap Group is a privately owned marketing recruitment agency in the UK and Australia. Part of the Strategic Team, I worked in a broader strategic and operational capacity managing the Group’s overall HR function. I evolved the structure and set- up of the HR function allowing for a more consultative relationship, and supported and advised the MD on all people related, and wider strategic and operational, issues.
