This analysis workflows was based around coding, reporting and presenting data which fitted around a game model designed to break the game down into areas by which the players can understand the game as a dynamic flow of attack and defence.*Further development took place in producing and delivering tasks to players to present back and interpret reports in a way that linked to the 5 themes of the model and how our performance in these themes impact our ability as a defence or attack.*Continue to deliver the performance analysis support for the academy age grades from U15 to U18 RFU matches and festivals, in addition to the pathway partnership with the attached AASE school of Beechen Cliff. *In addition, this new role entailed me leading the analysis provision for our Further Education pathway with the University of Bath. Within this role it was again utilising the game model to report on performances and linking this to our training sessions and small sided games to see if they allowed us to challenge players ability and decision-making alongside challenge tactical aspects of our game.* *Within the new role at the university, one of my primary roles was to establish within the university an internship programme whereby 2-4 students a year would be up-skilled in the analysis processes and abilities required to support the university programmes needs and provide Bath Rugby with some part time analysis staff who could help us deliver the best practice at matches and training from U15 to 1st XV.*
