Providing training and support to Advisers in the Life Insurance and Home Loan industry. Training deliveries on a range of scales, from one on one, to large product launches with hundreds in attendance. BAU training included week long induction courses for new Insurance Advisers and one day refresher or up-skill courses for those already in the business.The role also required training others to deliver materials and working with key stakeholders to deliver large scale measurable training.More recently my role focused on developing engaging online training and assessments to be delivered to a wide audience.

As a Pricing Specialist I worked with Financial Advisers, Underwriters and Actuaries to develop suitable insurance options for employers wanting to provide life and related insurance to their staff. This hands on role had provided me with an excellent understanding of workplace insurance.

Responsible for on boarding and training new employees or upskilling existing ones. My primary portfolios were managing existing retail clients and the Employee Benefits area. I was regularly involved in project work, systems testing and process improvement including gaining a "Lean" certification.

Responsible for on boarding and training new employees to get them confident and capable to deal with the wide range of questions that can be asked. Other work included:-Monitoring existing recruits via real time coaching sessions or call quality checking to ensure high standards were maintained. -Assisting at the technical help desk in answering complex issues or answered front-line calls during peek times.-Identifying good recruits to join the training team and building their skill-sets to rise to the position.
